1969:  Born in the Philippines; Montessori-educated through High School

1992:  Earned M.D. at age 22 from the University of the Philippines

1997:  Specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in the U.S.

1998:  Completed a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at the Mayo Clinic

2000:  Took Pilates™ lessons in Makati with Cecilia Sicangco-Ibarrola

2001:  Began training to teach Pilates at The Pilates Studio™ of Seattle with 

            Dorothee Vandewalle and Lori Coleman-Brown

2002:  Finished under Romana and Sari at Drago's Gym, New York 

            Certified to teach Authentic Pilates™, opened a studio in Manila
